 Team development  @GSK

Since the beginning of 2014 we have facilitated, in close partnership with the human resources department of GSK, several team development projects in different departments within the organization (+/- 15 teams in various divisions).

The made-to-measure team interventions within GSK have different goals according to the specific context and needs of the team involved. They aim at enhancing social relations or clarifying team members’ roles, as well as solving task and interpersonal problems that affect team functioning. Since GSK is an international organization, we always take the multi-cultural background of the team members into account in the development of our methodology and in the facilitation of the interventions. In order to realize the defined objectives we use a broad range of tools to support this effort: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) step I & II, specific professional team exercises, playful teambuilding activities, theoretical concepts, a combination of individual and team interventions throughout an extensive learning path, … .

Testimonial GSK

It’s always with pleasure that we collaborate with Skan for our request of Team Development interventions. Indeed, we know in advance that based on our needs and our objectives, Skan will help us to find a made-to-measure solution taking into account our expectations but also our reality and our environment. The process defined by Skan and our company allows us also to sustain with efficiency the diversity of our business requests (topics, tools, practical or fun exercises, etc…). The development of the content and the facilitation by specialists reinforce the team to enroll them in a process of development and continuous improvement. The positive feedback from the participants allow us to measure the quality and the impact of interventions by Skan.
